- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cheese and Fruits
- 200 grams Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Ball
- 1/2 Avocado
- 3 Fresh Strawberries

- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh Basil Leaves, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Mozzarella: Slice the mozzarella cheese ball into eight 1/4 inch slices. Lay them out on paper towels and dab each slice to remove excess moisture. Let the slices rest for about 20 minutes to prevent excess moisture in the sandwich.
- Oil the Bread: Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil. This will help achieve a crispy, golden crust when cooking.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Place two slices of bread with the olive oil side facing out. Layer each with mozzarella slices, sliced fresh strawberries, and avocado. Make sure the toppings are evenly distributed.
- Add Flavorings: Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the layered ingredients, then sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, salt, and ground black pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Cook the Sandwich: Top the layered bread with the remaining slices, oil side facing out. Cook the sandwiches in a skillet or panini press over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes, flipping once, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

- Allowing the mozzarella to drain helps prevent sogginess in the sandwich.
