- Combine ingredients: Use a fork to beat together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe jug until well mixed.
- Initial cooking: Place the jug in the microwave and cook on High for 30 seconds.
- First stir: Remove from the microwave and beat the mixture again to combine, then return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Second stir and cook: Beat the eggs again, breaking up any lumps. Microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
- Final stir and decide doneness: Beat the eggs once more; at this stage, they will still be loose. Serve immediately if you prefer softer eggs.
- Optional firmer eggs: If you like firmer scrambled eggs, microwave for a further 15 seconds, beat once again, and then serve.
