  • Two handfuls of ice
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 shots espresso or 50ml strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare glasses: Fill two tall glasses evenly with two handfuls of ice each.
  2. Add milk and vanilla syrup: Divide 250ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup between the two glasses, then stir well to combine.
  3. Add espresso: Pour one shot of espresso or 25ml of strong coffee into each glass over the milk and ice mixture.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce: Finish by drizzling 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce on top of each drink.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately for a refreshing iced caramel macchiato experience.
