- Two handfuls of ice
- 250ml milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 2 shots espresso or 50ml strong coffee
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare glasses: Fill two tall glasses evenly with two handfuls of ice each.
- Add milk and vanilla syrup: Divide 250ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup between the two glasses, then stir well to combine.
- Add espresso: Pour one shot of espresso or 25ml of strong coffee into each glass over the milk and ice mixture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce: Finish by drizzling 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce on top of each drink.
- Serve: Serve immediately for a refreshing iced caramel macchiato experience.
Notes
- You can substitute strong coffee if you don’t have espresso available.
- Adjust the amount of vanilla syrup or caramel sauce to taste if you prefer it sweeter or less sweet.
