  • 3 pinches Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Sprinkle 1 pinch of grated Parmesan cheese in the center of one tortilla to create a flavorful base.
  2. Add the ham: Place one slice of cooked ham on top of the Parmesan cheese and then sprinkle another pinch of grated Parmesan cheese over the ham to enhance the taste.
  3. Add tomato and scallions: Layer one slice of tomato on top of the ham and sprinkle with the last pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, followed by a pinch of scallion to add freshness and mild onion flavor.
  4. Add cheddar cheese: Sprinkle a generous handful of sharp cheddar cheese over the layered ingredients for a rich and melty texture.
  5. Add the egg and fold wrap: Carefully place an egg on top of the cheese and fold the wrap into a pouch with seams on top to enclose the fillings securely. Then, place the second tortilla over this pouch and fold it again into a pouch with seams on the bottom to seal everything inside.
